This TEDxBrusselsSalon is aimed at gastronomy enthusiasts, whether amateur or professional cooks, as well as anyone wishing to contribute positively to the preservation of the environment. The ecological footprint of our food is a major challenge, and this salon offers an in-depth exploration of ways to consume more sustainably and consciously.
