This TEDxBrusselsSalon is aimed at gastronomy enthusiasts, whether amateur or professional cooks, as well as anyone wishing to make a positive contribution to the preservation of the environment. The ecological footprint of our food is a major challenge, and this salon offers an in-depth exploration of ways to consume more sustainably and consciously.

Participants have the opportunity to question what eco-responsible consumption means, and explore alternatives for reducing their food carbon footprint without necessarily increasing their expenses.
